- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I've been a customer for several yrs and always keep my payment on time been it was setup on credit card auto payment. I called the office and spoke to Ms. Beth Lumber and told her I will not be using my credit card to make payment and that on your company site allows customers to setup bill payment. Ms. Lumber told me I was not able to do so and that I would be charge additional $4.00 to setup with my account and it would best in my interest to leave it on credit card and be charge only a $1.00 each month. She stated that is her personal decision and not how the company is allowed there customer to choose how they are able to make there payment. Maybe her best interest is too loose her customer; just cause it's in her best interest. Humm!! I found another company that has there customer best interest and much more affordable prices. "Nice" Oh by the way change your slogan; it didn't work for me when I called on you. Lol. its false advertising.By Lol Soon, May 02, 2017
